Career Profile                                                                                               Educated at University of IIe-Ife with a Bachelors in English Studies, an MSc from University of Lagos, Mrs Wusu is a highly qualified teacher with a NJ Elementary School Certification. Olatayo is an educator in the public school system with over 27 years experience in the Unites States of America.

She has two children who attended independent schools, and has good knowledge of private education in the USA. One of her children is a graduate of two of the Ivy League Institutions; Bachelors from Cornell University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Her other child currently attends a reputable private university, Pace University, finishing off her B.A. in Fine Arts with 2 minors, one in Communication, the other in Marketing. Her children are both products of various challenging and stimulating leadership and character development programs.

With a wide-ranging knowledge of secondary education and understanding of the needs of children coming from overseas, Olatayo offers a wealth of sound advice and experience, both on a professional level as an educator and personally as a hands on parent.

Olayinka Olaniyan

Career Profile                                                                                                       Olayinka has nearly 20 years professional and cross-functional experience in the Telecommunications Industry. She is an Executive Business Leader passionate about Business Development, Strategy Development & its Execution, as well as Sales and Marketing Management. She worked with Vodacom Business, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vodacom Group, for several years as the Head of the Banking and Financial Sector Business of the Group.

Early in her career, she also worked with ITECO Nigeria Limited, a Division of Telnet Network and Gateway Communications, a UK owned company, now part of PCCW Global – an operating division of HKT, Hong Kong's premier telecommunications provider.

She holds a Combined Honors, B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She has attended several Courses, Seminars and Workshops within Nigeria and Abroad during her Career.

Olayinka is a visionary leader who can inspire others to achieve success and is passionate about socio-economic development with a deep commitment to developing people and enabling them to reach their full potential.
